Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Arcade Affiliate programme, including registration, promotional activity, tracking, commission, payments and the responsibilities of approved partners.

PARTNER AGREEMENT
Before You Enter
The Arcade.
By applying for, accessing or participating in Arcade Affiliate, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions together with any campaign-specific, account-specific or separately agreed commercial terms.
References to “Arcade Affiliate”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator responsible for the Arcade Affiliate programme as identified in the applicable onboarding, partner-account or contractual documentation.
References to “Affiliate”, “Partner”, “you” or “your” mean the individual or organisation participating in the programme.
Where separately agreed commercial terms conflict with these general Terms in relation to commission rates, campaign qualification or payment arrangements, the individually agreed commercial terms will apply to the relevant partnership activity.
REVENUE SHARE
Up to 55%
Subject to the commercial structure assigned to the partner account.

Up to €500
Qualifying acquisitions must meet the applicable campaign requirements.
PAYOUT CYCLE
Weekly
Eligible balances may enter the available weekly payment cycle.
HYBRID
Custom Mix
Hybrid terms may combine fixed acquisition and recurring revenue components.
Commercial figures shown on Arcade Affiliate are promotional headline terms and may vary by market, traffic source, campaign performance, qualification requirements and individual partner agreement.

01 / PROGRAMME
Programme Participation
Arcade Affiliate enables approved partners to promote campaigns, websites, brands or services made available through the programme and to receive eligible commission for qualifying referred activity.
- Participation is subject to approval by Arcade Affiliate.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- Applications may be reviewed based on traffic source, geography, compliance, commercial fit and programme requirements.
- Approved Affiliates must comply with these Terms and all account-specific campaign requirements.
- Arcade Affiliate may limit campaign access by market, traffic type, promotional method or partner account.
02 / ACCOUNT
Registration & Partner Accounts
Affiliates must provide accurate and current information during registration and throughout the partnership.
- Registration information must not be false, misleading or intentionally incomplete.
- Account credentials must be kept secure and confidential.
- The Affiliate is responsible for activity conducted through its partner account.
- Multiple accounts may not be created to circumvent restrictions, campaign rules or enforcement measures.
- Arcade Affiliate may request additional verification information before approving an account or releasing eligible payments.
- Material changes to business details, payment information or traffic sources should be updated where reasonably required.
03 / ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility Requirements
Participation is limited to individuals and organisations legally capable of entering into a commercial affiliate relationship.
- The Affiliate must be at least 18 years old.
- Where an account is created for a business, the registering person must be authorised to represent that business.
- The Affiliate must comply with applicable advertising, marketing, consumer protection, gambling and privacy rules.
- Traffic must not intentionally target jurisdictions where the promoted activity is prohibited.
- Gambling-related advertising must not be directed at minors or audiences below the applicable legal gambling age.
04 / PARTNER RESPONSIBILITY
Affiliate Responsibilities
Each Affiliate is responsible for the traffic, websites, advertising channels and promotional methods used in connection with the Arcade Affiliate programme.
- Use authorised tracking links and campaign materials.
- Present bonuses, promotions and commercial information accurately.
- Maintain appropriate affiliate or advertising disclosures where required.
- Ensure websites and advertising materials comply with applicable age and gambling-marketing requirements.
- Keep approved traffic sources and acquisition methods consistent with information provided to Arcade Affiliate.
- Provide reasonable information about traffic quality or promotional activity when requested.
- Remain responsible for employees, contractors, media buyers, agencies or sub-publishers acting on the Affiliate’s behalf.
05 / RESTRICTIONS
Prohibited Marketing Activity
The following activities are prohibited unless Arcade Affiliate has expressly approved the relevant method in writing.

Fraudulent Activity
Fake registrations, artificial deposits, manipulated conversions, automated accounts or any attempt to create commission without genuine user activity.

Self-Referral
Using your own affiliate tracking links for personal player accounts or arranging activity primarily to generate artificial commission.

Spam
Unsolicited bulk email, deceptive messaging or communications that violate applicable marketing or privacy requirements.
×
Brand Bidding
Paid search bidding on protected brand terms, trademarks or confusingly similar keywords without prior written permission.
×
Impersonation
Domains, pages, social accounts or promotional materials designed to appear to be an official Arcade Affiliate or advertiser property.
×
Underage Targeting
Marketing directed toward minors or the use of promotional content primarily designed to appeal to underage audiences.
Serious or repeated violations may lead to traffic rejection, commission review, payment suspension, account suspension or termination.
06 / TRACKING
Tracking & Attribution
Eligible activity is tracked through links, identifiers, cookies or other attribution technologies made available through the Arcade Affiliate programme.
- Affiliates should use the tracking links or identifiers assigned to their account.
- Commission is calculated using eligible activity recorded through available programme systems.
- Arcade Affiliate records will normally be used as the primary basis for attribution and commission calculations.
- Tracking can be affected by browser settings, cookies, technical failures, user devices, third-party systems or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
- Tracking discrepancies should be reported within a reasonable period after they are identified.
07 / COMMISSION
Commission Models
The commercial model applicable to each Affiliate is determined by the partner account, campaign, market, traffic source and any individually agreed terms.
REVENUE SHARE
Up to 55%
Revenue Share may be calculated using eligible net gaming revenue or another account-specific revenue basis.
CPA
Up to €500
CPA is payable only for acquisitions satisfying the relevant qualification, verification and campaign requirements.
HYBRID
Custom Mix
Hybrid structures may combine fixed acquisition payments with ongoing Revenue Share.
No headline commission rate creates a guaranteed entitlement to that rate. Actual commission depends on the approved commercial terms assigned to the partner account and relevant campaign.
08 / PAYMENTS
Payments
Eligible partner balances may be processed through the payment cycle applicable to the Affiliate account.

- Payment eligibility is subject to valid traffic, commission calculations and account verification.
- Available payment methods and currencies may depend on the Affiliate’s country, account and payment provider.
- Balances may be carried forward where applicable payment conditions have not yet been satisfied.
- Arcade Affiliate may request reasonable verification or payment documentation before releasing funds.
- Payments may be suspended while suspected fraud, invalid traffic, chargebacks or account-security concerns are reviewed.
- The Affiliate is responsible for its own taxes, declarations and financial obligations arising from commission received.
Payment thresholds, currencies, methods and schedules may differ where separate terms are assigned to the partner account.
09 / TRAFFIC QUALITY
Fraud, Invalid Traffic & Adjustments
Arcade Affiliate may review traffic and commission where there is a reasonable indication of artificial, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise non-qualifying activity.
- Fraudulent or manipulated conversions may be excluded from commission.
- Duplicate accounts, chargebacks, reversals or invalid acquisitions may be rejected or adjusted where relevant.
- Arcade Affiliate may request supporting information concerning traffic sources or acquisition methods.
- Commission connected with prohibited activity may be withheld, reversed or offset against other eligible amounts.
- Deliberate manipulation of tracking, attribution or player activity may result in immediate suspension or termination.
10 / INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Brands, Creative Assets & Intellectual Property
Logos, trademarks, creative assets, campaign materials, software, tracking technology and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
- Affiliates receive only the limited permission necessary to conduct approved promotional activity.
- Campaign materials must not be modified in a way that becomes misleading, unlawful or damaging to the relevant brand.
- No ownership rights are transferred to the Affiliate.
- Use of trademarks, domains or brand terms outside approved marketing activity may be prohibited.
- Permission to use programme materials ends when the relevant campaign or partnership ends.
11 / ACCOUNT STATUS
Suspension & Termination
Either party may end the affiliate relationship subject to the commercial and contractual arrangements applicable to the partner account.
- Arcade Affiliate may suspend an account while reviewing suspected violations, fraud, invalid traffic or account-security concerns.
- Material breaches of these Terms may result in immediate termination.
- Upon termination, the Affiliate must stop presenting itself as an active Arcade Affiliate partner.
- Tracking links and campaign materials should be removed where reasonably required.
- Valid commission accrued before termination may remain payable subject to verification and these Terms.
- Commission arising from fraud, prohibited marketing or material violations may be cancelled or withheld.
- Confidentiality, payment, liability and other provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.
12 / GENERAL
General Legal Terms
Confidentiality
Non-public commercial, technical, financial, campaign, partner or business information received through the relationship should be treated as confidential and not disclosed except where authorised, reasonably necessary or legally required.
Privacy
Personal information may be processed for registration, account management, security, reporting, payments, compliance and other programme purposes in accordance with the Arcade Affiliate Privacy Policy.
Programme Availability
Arcade Affiliate does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of tracking, reporting, websites, campaigns, payment providers or third-party services.
No Guaranteed Earnings
Participation does not guarantee conversions, commission, traffic volume, revenue or profit. Affiliates remain responsible for their own marketing expenditure, business decisions and acquisition strategy.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, infrastructure failures, major network disruption or comparable events.
Changes to These Terms
Arcade Affiliate may update these Terms to reflect operational, commercial, technical, legal or programme changes. Revised Terms become effective when published or from another date stated with the update.
Governing Terms
The legal entity, governing law and dispute-resolution provisions applicable to a particular Affiliate relationship are those identified in the relevant onboarding documentation, partner account, programme documentation or separate written agreement.
